The preliminary designWater-first: catchment, storage, and efficient drip. Production beds sized precisely to the menu, season extension for the shoulder months, a simple wash-pack station, and sensors feeding a monitoring dashboard. The farm is engineered to feed the kitchen on schedule.
The iterationThe chef wants triple the herbs and specialty greens, less ornamental hardscape, and the capital spread across two years. We resize the beds, cut the hardscape, and phase the build so cash flow breathes.
The adaptabilityMidway, they see the marketing gold and ask for a small on-farm dinner space — we fold in an events flow and booking so the farm becomes a revenue-generating venue too.

The adaptabilityThis is a teaching-heavy engagement: light build from us, heavy training, plus a system bible and the app so a busy family can confidently run it themselves — and modularly, we trim elements to hit their number without losing the vision.
