We are a design practice. You are buying the plan — drawn, costed and phased. When you are ready to build it, we supervise while a licensed contractor does the work.

How we design it

Designed to be built in the order you can afford.

A master plan that only works if you build all of it at once is not a plan. Every homestead we draw is sequenced so the first phase stands on its own.

CaptureThe drone flies the parcel and the frames are stitched into a single measured map — the base every later drawing sits on.

LayersNeal draws in layers: water first, then access, then structures, then planting. Each layer is a decision you can see and argue with.

PhasingEach phase drawn separately, so you can see exactly what your money buys this year and what it unlocks next.
