Product 01

We build you a market garden.

Food coming off your own ground, at a scale that earns its keep. Not a vegetable patch — a production system with a yield model attached.

Who this is for

Landowners, restaurant groups, schools and hotels.

If you buy produce every week and own ground that could grow it, the first mile of your supply chain is a design problem. We size the garden to the appetite it actually serves, then show you what it returns.

What you receive

The drawings, and everything that makes them buildable.

We are a design practice. You are buying the plan — drawn, costed and phased. When you are ready to build it, we supervise while a licensed contractor does the work.

How we design it

Water first, then everything else.

Every zone earns its draw before it earns its place. That single rule decides the layout, and it is why these gardens survive a dry year.

CaptureThe drone flies the parcel and the frames are stitched into a single measured map — the base every later drawing sits on.
Water readContour and flow mapped before a single bed is drawn — where water arrives, where it leaves, where it can be held.
LayersNeal draws in layers: water first, then access, then structures, then planting. Each layer is a decision you can see and argue with.

Process photography from Neal and Adriana lands in these slots as it is captured.
